Hi, I'm Ana
I’m a Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in Women’s Health, Bio-identical Hormone Therapy, and Functional Medicine. My approach is deeply personal and fully holistic. I look beyond symptoms to find and treat the root cause.
I’ve helped hundreds of women navigate hormone imbalances, burnout, and that frustrating “something just feels off” stage of life.
But more than that, I’m living it too.
I’m a mom of three, a business owner, and yes, I’m also in perimenopause.
So I get it. The fatigue, the mood swings, the mental fog, while still trying to show up for everyone and everything.
That’s why I created the New You Program: to give women like us the kind of personalized, real support we deserve. You're not alone in this, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Can I enroll in the New You program at any time?
Yes. The New You program is year-long and available to start at any time.
Can I use my HSA/FSA card for the New You program?
You can typically use your HSA or FSA to pay for the New You integrative medical program. We recommend checking with your tax advisor, since each plan may have its own rules for what qualifies.
What is the DUTCH test?
What is the GI Map test?
What does the Musculoskeletal Evaluation include?
Healthy aging involves maintaining muscle mass, strength, balance, and mobility. These markers will be measured and evaluated by a specialized physical therapist.
Understanding your results helps us create a plan to address each of these markers.
What is a continuous glucose monitor?
A continuous glucose monitor (CGM) is a small, wearable sensor that checks your blood sugar levels throughout the day and night.
It gives real-time feedback on how your body responds to food, stress, sleep, and exercise.
Do I have to attend all of the monthly meetups?
While we hope to see you at these group events, they are completely optional. You may come for one, none, or all!
Will my provider also take care of my primary care?
No. Since we’re only together a short time, it’s best to keep your current primary care provider.
However, if you’re looking for a new PCP, we offer reduced-cost primary care health plans at A New Way Healthcare, and we would love to see you!
Can I cancel my enrollment in the New You program once I've started?
We can guarantee you will see results and feel better if you commit to the health plan we create together. But, yes, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied, we can offer a prorated refund. We will not provide refunds for services already rendered.
